Payment of fees: Full fees including tuition fees, enrolment fee and overseas student health cover and other optional fees must be received prior to commencement of study.

Cancellation and refund policy: Request for course cancellation and refund should be received by SEIC in writing together with any supporting documetation. The enrolment fee, accommodation placement fee and guardian arrangement fee are not refundabel, All other fees will be refunded based on the following policy

-No visa issued or 28days or more before course start date: 100% of refundable fees
-Less than 28days before course date:80% of refundable fees
-On the day or after course start date: No refund of fees
-The college shall refund fees if we cannot deliver the course for which the student has enrolled

Tuition fees are not transferable to another student or institution. if you enroll through an agent, the refund will be forwarded to the agent. This agreement does not remove the right to take further action under Australia;s consumer proterction laws.

Student code of condeuct: Students may be suspended and/or expelled for serious infringment of the SIEC code of conduct. In the cases of suspension and/or expulsion, no refund of tuition fees will be made.

NOTES:
-SIEC acknowledges your right to take any legal action under Australian laws for the resolution of disputes.
-Student's personal information may be provided to Austalian Commonwealth or state agencies.
-SIEC will be subject to advise the DIMA of any breaches of student visa conditions.
-Any school-aged dependants accompanying you to Australia will be required to pay full fees if they are enrolled in either a government or non-government school.
